Why Private Lessons?

Private yoga and strength training offers a tailored journey to physical wellness by overcoming expectations and preconceived notions of what you “should” do. Using her background in yoga, physical therapy, CrossFit/strength training, and kinesiology, each session with Geneva becomes a personalized exploration of movement and mindfulness that takes your unique needs into account. 

Geneva has worked privately with athletes, children, and older adult populations. Whether its general musculoskeletal pains or injuries, or clients with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and those undergoing chemotherapy, Geneva prioritizes customizing each session to an individual’s physical and emotional needs. While some students respond positively to being physically challenged or loading up with heavy weights, others benefit from an emphasis on breath work and restoration. Each session can look completely different from the last. No matter what you bring on any given day, Geneva will support you with an individualized approach and a deep well of knowledge.
